張立省，男，1955年2月出生，南京理工大學(xué)管理與工程專業(yè)研究生，工程技術(shù)應(yīng)用研究員，教授級高工，山東大學(xué)客座教授，山東師范大學(xué)客座教授、碩士生導(dǎo)師，享受國務(wù)院政府特殊津貼專家。歷任金沂蒙集團法定代表人、董事長兼總經(jīng)理、董事局主席兼總裁等職。

在科技創(chuàng)新方面，張立省先后承擔(dān)并完成了國家、省、市科研課題30多項，獲國家、省、市科技成果獎勵21項，其中“重要農(nóng)藥、醫(yī)藥中間體的綠色化工生產(chǎn)技術(shù)集成”項目，獲國家科學(xué)技術(shù)進步二等獎，山東省科技進步獎一等獎。先后獲得授權(quán)發(fā)明專利23項，實用新型專利31項。

Zhang Lisheng, male, born in February 1955, is a graduate student majoring in management and engineering in Nanjing University of Science and Technology, an engineering technology application researcher, a professor-level senior engineer, a visiting professor at Shandong University, a visiting professor at Shandong Normal University, a master tutor, and an expert enjoying special government allowance from the State Council. He has served as the legal representative, chairman and general manager, chairman and president of the board of directors of Jinyimeng Group.
   With keen insight and excellent leadership, Zhangli Province has led Jinyimeng Group to move forward steadily in the fierce market competition, becoming a benchmark enterprise in the industry and making remarkable contributions to social and economic development. At the same time, he has always adhered to the spirit of innovation, attached importance to technology research and development, led the team to overcome many technical problems, promoted enterprise transformation and upgrading, and developed Jinyimeng Group from a traditional chemical enterprise into a modern high-tech enterprise.
   After more than 50 years' development, Jinyimeng Group has accumulated rich technology and experience in the synthetic ammonia industry, and formed a full range of industrial chains with leading products such as urea, ammonium nitrate, explosives and urotropine, which has provided solid support for agriculture, chemical industry, energy and other fields, become an important force to promote regional economic development, and set a model for high-quality development of the industry.
   Zhang Lisheng has not only made great achievements in enterprise management, but also has originality in shaping corporate culture.
